1:1 Business Counseling sessions are one hour long and at no cost to our clients. Our counselors are available throughout your journey. Its' an opportunity to tackle the big and small with a savvy coach at your side. Our counselors are currently available via phone and Zoom.

Training programs vary throughout the year to respond to the immediate and long-term needs of our community of women small business owners. We encourage you to check our calendar often (and/or subscribe) to keep up to date on the latest trainings, small business updates, and trends. We work hard to offer these programs at no cost.

• Building Blocks: 1 hour introduction to entrepreneurship and starting a business! Learn the basic ideas on determining a need in the marketplace, target marketing, unique selling points, and building your support team. Held twice monthly.
•  Power Hour: Join the WISE WBC Coaching Team via Zoom for an energetic lunch hour conversation around important small business topics. Each week will feature a central topic (and on occasion, a guest expert) to discuss best practices that will challenge you to push your ideas and strategies even further. Held weekly on Wednesdays @ 12 noon.
• EXITO!: This blended learning program is run in English and Spanish. It is held annually in six week sessions. Level 1 tackles the business plan, level 2 takes on cash flow projections, and level 3 is about marketing strategy.
  • In 2020 we are running level 2 (currently in session - registration is closed) and level 3 (stay tuned - registration opens in August).
• Small Business Resilience Training: Starting in mid-June, WISE will offer flexible online learning around the most important small business topics with a focus on tactical and longer-term strategy for overcoming the impacts of the current pandemic.

At WISE, connection gets at the good stuff that often happens behind the scenes, but is essential to getting you to where you want to go with your business. We all need champions.
