WISE stands for Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship. We're a women's business center dedicated to empowering CNY's women entrepreneurs in all stages of business.
Our organization is one of 140+ women business centers across the nation. We are funded in part by the US Small Business Administration and hosted by the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
Our team of staff and counselors is dedicating to empowering women small business owners through comprehensive training programs, counseling and connection. If our team can't answer a question, we will connect you with the experts who can.

A little history
WISE was established in 2006 through a unique partnership with Syracuse University. This partnership allows us to confer with and draw in entrepreneurship expertise from the nationally renown Whitman School of Management.
We've had many adventures throughout the years. We celebrate our history, our small business owners, and the special programs we were able to deliver such as the WISE Symposium. We also look forward to our future. We have no doubt it will be full of important work with amazing entrepreneurs, experts, and partners.
