Arteika launched Clean & Glo in August 2022 after more than a decade in the cleaning industry. What started as a path to financial independence and control over her time has grown into a trusted Central New York business offering commercial janitorial services, painting, property maintenance, and lead remediation.

Her dedication to quality service and creating job opportunities in her community earned her the 2024 New York State EAC Entrepreneur of the Year award.
