About Amy Sherwood: Amy brings extensive experience in coaching, human resources, talent, and organizational development. She specializes in creating and enhancing talent development programs, fostering growth-oriented cultures, and aligning talent strategies with business goals. Amy is passionate about coaching and has earned certifications as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federations (ICF) and Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (SHRBP).

Amy is most excited to inspire people to find what they love, leverage their strengths, and show up as their authentic selves. She is eager to bring her expertise in talent management and her passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams to contribute to your growth and continued success.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, Mark, and their Labrador, Dublin, and pursues interests in professional organizing, travel, and music.
